I have just completed last week , I was a first time buyer and had a CCJ about 4 years ago , I contacted CLS money in April 2023 and got all the information of the process , I was assigned Paul as my advisor who was really really helpful , Didn't have to provide many documents , Paul Got me a DIP within the same day and we applied for the full mortgage with the lender the next day , Mortgage was agreed a few weeks later .
