Good for finding the mortgage but the moment they had it sorted they started hounding us for payment. We hadn't even received the offer in writing and the accounts department were emailing and phoning. This went on and on even though we still hadn't received the offer.
Quite cheeky staff too. Rude and condescending in the way they ask you for information.
What could have been a really good experience was ruined by really poor customer service and a ridiculously aggressive accounts department.
