After having trouble with other van hire services, I stumbled on ClicVan through an online ad and it was a better experience than I could have imagined. I spoke with Adam on numerous occasions throughout the day because they had technical issues with their system, and yet he kept me updated and persisted with trying to find a solution. He eventually provided me with a solution to booking and he had arranged a driver to come within a few hours after. The driver was Ahmed and, even though I paid for 'No help from driver required' because my brother and I were prepared to load and unload everything ourselves, he still voluntarily helped us with everything. Adam was courteous and considerate throughout and apologetic about the system issues. Ahmed was a very pleasant driver who was more than helpful. On top of these fantastic experiences, I only paid £38 for two hours with a large van, which easily beat any other price I could find let alone with such wonderful customer service. I would certainly recommend ClicVan based on my experience.
