I have been with click energy for a long time and was told they one of their advisors that I needed to cut my monthly direct debit down as I was paying too much so the electric was just going to be going up in price I advised him that I had received a letter of but after I said to leave the money the way it is or increase it he actually got it down below what was covering my bill then out of the blue they sent me a bill which was well over and above what I was estimated for. So I got in touch with them I spoke to one of the managers and was told that this would be investigated and someone more senior would come back to me but this never happened so I tried the phone a couple of times and with covid-19 you were put in the queue I wait it then I get cut off so I finally get through today after receiving another bill of over £200 on top of my direct debits so I get through to another manager today or who I was told was a manager and he had said basically pay an extra £20 per month to pay off what's owed now if they had enough cut it down and left it as it is he was able to tell me that I would still be in credit instead of in negative equity. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone their customer services is diabolical now where at the very start when they come in here they were very very good very well trained towards customer services and advising people correctly but because this advisor who no longer works for the company and was sacked because of his is lack of knowledge it has left me and quite a few other customers out of pocket.
