The delivery of the item was very good.
The manual of the product is not clear at all.
Difficult to understand how to change the position of the trimmer : upright for edges or flat for under fixtures or trees.
To open the spool to check the line was the most difficult thing to do for one person. We had to press the two sides at the same time but the lid wouldn't come off so another person had to use a flat screwdriver to lift the lid while pressing the sides : tricky.
