Complete novices, moronic individual employed at this company who are inept along with senior management (because they don't seem to be doing anything about this appalling lack of service). Customer services is non-existence - having tried contacting on numerous occasions they never answer the phone or respond to your enquiry in a timely manner. Sell you incorrect Motor trade Policy and when inform them they still get it wrong! How on earth has this company been allowed to get away operating for so long without any penalties - surely you cant operate this and still get away with it!
