Great service and hamper gift was received very well and on time 2 days before Christmas which is very impressive. Their tracking service really helped as it was a surprise for the recipients. The reason for giving one star less is, they delivered the goods without the gift note message that was part of the hamper. So the recipients didnt know who it was from.
