Although I have only given a mark of 1 for the Hamper - this is not a result of my family receiving a superb hamper because they did not. It never arrived. Lost in transit by Rvri the delivery people. I decided that I would have a refund but that took 3 phone calls to arrange. So I have to say that this year Hamper.com have let me and my family down. I would probably not want to use them again sadly as previous Christmas orders have been met successfully.
