Only 1 of my 2 hampers was delivered. Notified Hampers.com via Phone. Sent an email the next day (12/12/2022) 16/12/2022 - I ask for an update. 18/12/2022 - They reply asking for my order number... not sure why they didn't have this after creating a ticket. 19/12/2022 - I reply with my order number. 22/12/2022 - They ask me "Are you missing 1 hamper?"
