16/12/2022 - I ask for an update.
18/12/2022 - They reply asking for my order number... not sure why they didn't have this after creating a ticket.
19/12/2022 - I reply with my order number.
22/12/2022 - They ask me "Are you missing 1 hamper?" The issue I had reported 11 days earlier. I respond the same day.
I hear nothing between now and then.
5 days later I got an email "Can you tell me your order reference number"
