Criminal service. I placed an order on 19/12/21 for 2 hampers. I got an email on 22/12/21 saying they were on the way.
When i checked the DHL tracker page on 23/12/21 it showed that there was a delay and they would be delivered the next working day. Later on 23/12/21 one hamper arrived. The status then changed to part delivered, then Nothing. They ignore my emails and send out automated replies blaming Covid for staff shortages, although they are still taking
orders on their website.
Would advise anyone to try somewhere else.
