I am very impressed with this company. I bought two extra-large, fully waterproof outdoor cushion bags. They arrived very quickly and were good quality. However, I only needed one as it was larger than I'd envisaged. I wrote to Clearspell asking whether I could return one (unopened), and had a more or less immediate personal response back on a Sunday, saying no problem at all. I returned the bag and was refunded swiftly. Having had the cushions in the bags for a few weeks in the rain I can also say they remain dry and I'm pleased with the product.
