I'm very picky!!! The whole process of my recent carpet purchase was an experience that is a rarity these days. The staff are very knowledgeable, approachable, interested in your project and able to offer advice and suggestions. The products are wide ranging and suitable for all pockets. The organisation of fitting was efficient and built into my time frame and the extra threshold that was ordered was excellent. My fitter arrived promptly and was very personable. He was skilled and even went the extra mile when the wooden threshold was shaped to fit exactly. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.
