What a superb service from Glynis! She quickly understood my needs (I am disabled and have great difficulty in finding seating that is comfortable) and worked patiently with me to find the best solution from a range of recliners that we were interested in. Her patience, good humour and knowledge of the products is commendable. We are very satisfied with the La Z Boy Georgina leather two seat double power recliner that we have ordered. Would definitely recommend this excellent family run firm to others.
