I have had 2 online shopping experiences with Clayton's. The first went perfectly and at that point I would have given them a 5 star review. My second went badly and I felt their customer service was poor hence my 2 star review today.
I bought a G Plan suite which was not up to standard. As the intermediary I felt Clayton's could have dealt with my complaint in a more helpful and efficient manner.
