So impressed with the Customer Service from Clarify.
We were caught up in the Air Traffic Control problem on 28th August 2023, at Heathrow.
I tried to contact the car hire company (Europcar), in Valencia direct, with no luck.
Mark from Clarify, came up with an excellent Plan B which worked perfectly and even saved us money. This was all very welcome at what was a very stressful time.
The speed of response and individual attention was great. Car hiring can be a daunting prospect but I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarify.
