The Moses basket stand was missing a circular disc and screw. On contacting Clair de Lune they were so helpful and answered every communication. We asked to purchase the replacement parts but were told we could not purchase but that they would send us a pack for free. Sadly the first pack never arrived, but on contact again they were swiftly dispatched and we have now a fully working stand again. Thank you so much.
