I have been with City Insurance since 2011 for both my Car Insurance and my House and Contents Insurance. I have always found them to be polite, helpful and straightforward with advice and in providing an annual offer for policy renewal. They are careful to change the Insurer as needed to provide me with sound and economic cover. I appreciate being able to discuss my cover by telephone. I like also to pay my annual premium by bank card rather than by direct debit which most other companies seem to prefer. I find City Insurance trusted, reliable people with whom to work.
