Sent off my watch for a service. It has taken three months and I still do not have t back. I was not informed how long it would take. I would not have sent it otherwise. Too long.
Customer service is not what I would call customer service no apology, always on the defensive, they are right I am wrong even though I am a customer. There is NO customer service at Christopher Ward.
