very satisfied with most aspects of your service. I would however liked to offer
a suggestion regarding your mailing provision. When customers are ordering on line on a Friday a charge of £7.50 for a next day delivery which can not be provided I find excessive. May be (next working day) could be made a little more clear when placing orders.
