Although prompt service they sent the wrong regulator out. That said, one quick phone call, one sincere apology and one promise to send the correct one there and then, resulted in getting the correct one the very next day. Mistakes happen, it's the way they're dealt with that counts and this was swiftly and professionally dealt with. More than happy.
