I purchased a ladies Longines watch recently. Your website advised if any alterations were required to amend the size of the bracelet strap to use the provided paper size guide.
I did this immediately after placing my order via an email as there was no facility in the order process to include at the time of ordering.
I received a confirmation email of my order and then a subsequent email to advise that you were unable to undertake any alterations to the bracelet as my order had already been dispatched and that I would have to male my own arrangements, i.e. take the watch to another jewellers to be adjusted.
Appalling service especially when you’re spending a lot of money. The watch was a present for a significant Birthday and I did not need the inconvenience of getting the job done myself. Very disappointed.
