All items I ordered showed on the website in stock. I ordered on a Sunday but on Wed I received a call to say one item wasn’t in stock and to pick an alternative. The item still showed in stock on the website though. I was told the alternative would arrive next day. It did not. When it did arrive on Friday I wasn’t home as I waited in all day Thu. When I collected it on Saturday the in stock item was not with it. I then had to drive to a store which was a 45 mile round trip to get it on time (it was a birthday gift) as this was the only place it was in stock.
