Myself and friends visited the Chester store with a child under the age of 3- the staff were amazing, so friendly, so professional and so knowledgeable. The team helped us out with everything from start to finish, made us feel at ease and welcomed. They provided drinks for the adults and colouring books for the child which I thought was above and beyond their job role. For this I am truly thankful, they found me the perfect engagement ring and the turn around was within 48 hours which again was fantastic , the whole experience if I could have given the store 6 stars I would have. Can’t wait to see you again soon.
