Awful after sales service, I personally will never use or recommend them to any one.
I bought a luxury watch RRP £4,360.00 online in December 2021, when It arrived the strap was to tight and needed two additional links adding.
Customer services promised that this would not be a problem and that they will arrange for them to be sent to me. This promise was made on several occasions.
Two months later, I still haven’t received the additional links or any updates on the progress.
Very poor customer service and a business that needs to be avoided.
I will be buying my watches elsewhere in future.
