I was pleased with the item I ordered but was disappointed that it didnt arrive in its box as it is for a gift. I thought by paying the full price for this Royal Doulton Teapot and ordering from what I thought was a bonafide China shop that it would arrive in its box and not just bundled up in a load of old newspaper, I could have purchased one in perfect condition from eBay in this case.
