An order was placed on 22 November - the goods were in stock according to the website and should be delivered within 3 working days. No goods have so far been received and emails not answered or communication as to when delivery is likely to be. I have just spent 50 minutes in your telephone queuing system and finally a message saying "sorry we could not take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you" was received. So basically what a waste of nearly an hour and I am still no closer to finding out where my order is despite the cost of the goods being taken from my card when the order was placed. Disappointing to say the least!! I will now consider my next actions.
