Customer services very poor. Delivery date was not provided so we had no idea when the 2 triple Hampshire wardrobes would arrive and we weren’t prepared when they arrived quite unexpectedly. Also had problem when trying to assemble since, due to a misalignment of wood stay by 2mm, the floor would not, and could not, slide in to place. When mentioned to customer service that the wardrobe could not be built and required a replacement side panel they offered no resolution advising that no exchange was possible. I might also add that the wardrobe was described as requiring “some assembly” but it arrived as a flat-pack with 30x bolts and 19x screws and had to be assembled fully. Not a problem in itself except when, due to poor manufacture, you can’t assemble it without serious re-work.
