I wanted a small sofa and two swivel chairs for my study and checked dimensions, colours, etc on the Chesterfield website and then spoke to a very helpful lady regarding wood colours and the swivel bases. I ordered about half dozen leather swatches to help me decide final colour and then placed my order online. I was quoted 6 - 8 weeks lead-time (not bad for handmade to order furniture) and was pleasantly surprised when I was emailed after only five weeks to say that it had been collected by their courier who would be in touch. A few days later a very helpful courier rang me to arrange day/time convenient for me and they arrived on time and delivered the furniture to the room I wanted, they even assembled the two chairs to the swivel bases. The furniture looks superb, is extremely comfortable and it all looks very well made, so far, two days in, I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you Chesterfields Direct
