Everything was brilliant - from the first enquiry phone call to the delivery. We ordered a two seater and arm chair with footstool and we thought it would take around a month to arrive, but it was ready in about two weeks! The delivery drivers were great and removed the old sofa (for a small fee) and had the tools to take the legs off to get it out of the door etc. This saved us a lot of hassle and makes it a really easy process to get the old sofa out and the new one in. The suite itself is absolutely beautiful! So much work has gone into it and it's perfect in every detail. The oxblood is a gorgeous shade and looks very elegant. It's firm and sturdy to sit on and the cushions are great quality. The armchair is the perfect height and very easy to get in and out of, and the wings around the head are comfortable for a little nap. The communication from the team was excellent right through the whole process - over the phone and on email - and they kept us updated with the timings and delivery details and were so helpful and friendly. The products are beautifully crafted and feel so luxurious. We'd definitely recommend them if you're after a Chesterfield.
