After ordering a ring within the recommended time scales I had to chase it up the day before my wife’s birthday to be told it was to be dispatched that day.Not only did it arrive two days late it had two scuff marks on the band of the ring which luckily I was able to polish out with a fine compound rather than send the ring back adding to any further delays.
