So my ring arrived and I was SO disappointed to find I had been sent the wrong ring. However the Customer Service I received was second to none. I was re-assured my Mum’s ashes were in the original ring which put my mind at rest. I was told to keep the original ring and the correct ring was made and delivered as a priority. The follow up service was excellent and so I would recommend this company. The rings are excellent quality and beautifully made. Thank you
