Lovely customer service and very helpful. I did receive my order and rang CS and they agreed not much of my fathers ash had been been put in, nor diamond dust and the representative felt much more could have been added. I felt saddened to send my fathers ashes back to them to re-do. I felt devastated as the only option was to dispose of the ash that was in the ring (as the resin was mixed with it) so they told me to keep the ring and chose something new free of charge. This wasn’t my reason to call, I only rang with a query, so after a lot more tears I felt they really dealt with this situation really well. I can’t wait to have my Dad back with me.
