It looks like there's a recurring theme here. I was emailed a dispatch note on Friday last week, but still no tap. I emailed two days ago and still haven't received the courtesy of a reply. I've now been holding for 50 minutes in "queue position number one". Very disappointing service.
Thankfully i paid by credit card, so may have to cancel the order and buy from a firm that actually values its customers.
