To whom it may concern, I am sending this message to the management of Chauffeur One Limited to give very high praise to the chauffeur that transferred me from one hotel to another (St James Court, London to Castle Hotel, Windsor). The chauffeur was very kind and showed much sympathy for my late arrive to the St James. I had encountered problems with the bus system in London and was delayed, the chauffeur waited for me and even allowed me to use his personal to make an urgent call back to the St James Court when I discovered that I had left important documents in the safe.
