I love the style of Charlotte Mills shoes, and the focus on comfort, style and a beautiful keepsake. They’re easy to buy from and have great customer service. However, it was clear that the pair I had bought had been tried on by someone prior to me, with dents on the removable protective layer, scuffing on the sticker, and the slightly wrinkled look of soft leather when it has been tried on. This is disappointing to see for wedding shoes, and especially a “splurge” pair!
