Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've had my eye on these heels for a year! My heart was set but my budget was somewhat lacking. I was lucky enough to purchase them in the sale, I got the Henri & the Henrietta for comparison. Decided to send both back in order to exchange for a wide fit- an option on the returns portal! However on closer look I realised they were running very low on stock so decided I would just order these. Quick phonecall to customer services to ask how to change my return note and the girl on the phone was able to sort it for me at their end. Honestly couldn't be happier. The shoes are divine, the note for something borrowed is such a lovely touch, the customer service was excellent. What more can you ask for?
