I expected a much higher quality of product for the price - £255 and the straps on the buckles are not finished well (the inner leather and outer glitter layer aren’t aligned) and despite the description saying ‘soft leather’, these shoes feel tough and unyielding. I don’t have time to return them before the wedding so will live with it, but for a company that requires appointments to try shoes on like a bridal boutique, they should focus on improving the quality of their product first. Very disappointed.
