I ordered a pair of wedding shoes off the site and was contacted by Debbie to say that ‘Unfortunately there has been a mistake on the system and the Indi pearl in your size are currently out of stock’. I was of course super disappointed that they had allowed me to order and pay for something that wasn’t in stock and that their recommendation was to either wait till back in stock, try a different size or style or get a refund. I didn’t really like any of the other styles and cannot under style why I would be recommended to try a different size as they wouldn’t have fit. I asked for a refund and heard nothing for 6 days and when I did get a response, I was told my email had gone into their junk folder and that ‘your shoes must have come in stock, as I have just gone to refund you and realised they have now been sent‘.
It just felt really disorganised and wasn’t a good customer experience. When the shoes did come, they were beautifully packaged etc. but have decided I will likely return due to personal preference.
