I cannot rate the packaging, customer service and quality of shoes enough. They really do add to that extra special touch for your wedding day. I was thinking about purchasing for several months & was left a little disappointed when I took the plunge to order. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is purely because I have found other companies wide fit range to fit so much better and also have a longer strap length. For someone who has wide feet and thicker ankles, I could not even do the straps up. It's so hard for someone like me to find a modern pair of shoes which fit like a glove. Maybe a pair of shoes could be made where you can choose a strap length by your own measurements like you can for bracelet wrist sizes. I was sad to send these beautiful shoes and the premium packaging back. I loved every single detail of these shoes and how they arrived.
