After waiting nearly 3 months for my wedding shoes to arrive, the soles of the shoes were completely scuffed and not in great condition! Which is such ashame as you can tell the shoes are lovely and were wrapped in a lovely decorative box. I’m now waiting for an exchange for the same shoes in better condition and anxious they won’t arrive on time for my dress alterations and my wedding itself! I feel after waiting nearly 3 months for the shoes in the first place and then poor condition of the shoes, I’ve not received any goodwill regarding this which would have been appreciated, when I’ve really not been happy at all!
