I was so excited to receive my wedding shoes from Charlotte Mills. Given the price and the social media presence, I was sure they were going to be incredible. Delivery was swift. Unfortunately they are not comfortable at all. I ordered the 'Jagger Pearl'. The ankle strap is not secure at all (due to the way it just wraps around your ankle and isn't anchored to the back of the shoe. It's also way too big, which means I'd have to have a shoemaker add additional holes. The straps are really rigid and not comfortable. The sole of the shoe looks like it has been worn slightly already. Really disappointed given the price. There is no denying that they look fabulous though!
