The dog bed was really beautiful. Stylish in a low key way and just as I hoped... except I had only read the inside dimensions so very frustratingly it didn't fit where it needed to go. I phoned Charles Chau and the staff member was extremely helpful, we arranged a swap snd the new one fits just right. And the dog loves it!
