It was an absolute pleasure to order from Charley Chau. The customer service is personal and second to none. I ordered the medium for Tippi, the Parson Russell Terrier and it turned out she didn't quite need the super-king size !
The small version arrived within days of my returning the original and she is now firmly ensconced !
