Recently ordered a bedding set. Unfortunately, we were sent the incorrect bumper. No problem. Got in touch via email and everything was sorted in a prompt and friendly manner. The next day we received the correct bumper and the driver collect the one sent in error. The quality of the product is excellent and our new pup loves his new bedding. The handwritten note in both deliveries was a really nice and friendly touch too. Highly recommend.
