Very good communication,status of delivery and very helpful staff on the phone. Delivery by DPD was, as usual, flawless. Unfortunately, my initial order (Barbour Sapper Large) was enormous. I'm a 44 inch chest and 6feet tall. So, i ordered a size Medium, hoping the roominess of the first would equate to a better fit, but alas the Medium was far too small. I don't think that Charles Hobson was at fault at all, just the crazy, irrational sizing of this model of Jacket. I'll be returning the medium jacket too. After all of this i'm without a jacket and down £40+ with delivery charges.
