I ordered some slippers for my mums birthday and checked the stock at my branch it said 1 available so I ordered for click and collect but they did not confirm for a day or so by time they did it was 1 day before her birthday and it said they’ll be in next week which was 4 days after her birthday. Friendly staff in store but terrible online service that left me without a present for my mum
