The boots I ordered had clealy been worn as they had dried in mud on the soles.
However, when I contacted Clinkards Customer Services they couldn't have been more helpful. Thye snet me a pre-paid label so I could return the bootsd and a refund was issed very quickly.
So 2/5 for the item BUT 5/5 for customer service.
