I originally ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One pair was cancelled due to stock issues. The pair that did arrive were clearly worn. I returned these. Upon checking the other shoes that were cancelled were in fact in stock but they had increased in price by £10. I reordered and the customer service said they would refund me the difference so I would only pay the original price. After all this the 2nd order was then cancelled due to stock issues. Will never order from this company again it’s incredibly frustrating. The customer service advisers were good at dealing quickly with enquires.
