I initially bought some Loakes Brogues from a store in York. I declined the pair in York because they had a mark on them. However I agreed to pay and have another pair sent to my home. When they arrived they looked warn and the box was sellotape together. I also felt these were a tighter fit. I emailed my disappointment and was contacted by Rosie at the Middlesbrough head branch. She arranged for another pair to be sent and these were fine. Rosie also called me back a few days later to check everything was ok. So I was initially disappointed with Charles Clinkard but now I am the opposite and am very pleased. You have very good staff at your Middlesbrough branch !
