Shopping easy on website, I selected click and collect, but didn't receive email advising arrived in store. Phoned customer service very helpful and advised shoes had arrived. Store assistant very good, tried on shoes decided not quite what I wanted. However ended up enquiring about a boot I'd seen ( not in the sale) on the website as couldn't see it in store, lady very helpful located boots and as luck would have it they were available in my size, purchased and delighted with them. However awaiting an email confirmation regarding the refund to my card. So may contact customer services again to check .
